Medentech manufactures Aquatabs, the World's leading water purifcation tablet. Aquatabs kill micro-organisms in water to prevent cholera, typhoid, dysentry and other water borne diseases. Aquatabs are used both in emergency situations and also in households that do not have access to safe drinking water. Human Healthcare - Infection Control
Surfaces are a common source of infection and
contamination for humans. Medentech manufactures
broad spectrum disinfectant products; Klorkleen, a
high efficacy disinfectant with a detergent,
Klorsept a high efficacy disinfectant for use in
hospitals and Sterinova for sterilising baby
utensils. These have proven efficacy against
nosocomical infections and antibiotic resistent
pathogens such as Clostridium difficile
(C.difficile), M.R.S.A.,SARS, Avian Influenza (
